We are a team of lighting experts focused on creating bespoke lighting projects. We take into account the interior design of spaces and our clients’ requests to offer solutions tailored to different needs.
Every lighting project that passes through our showroom bears our spirit and dedication as its signature. We have allies who enable us to create custom luminaires to the highest quality standards.
In residential lighting, the choice and distribution of luminaires is fairly free. There aren't really any standards. Each person has their own appreciation of lighting effects, intensities and colour temperatures.
It all depends on the ambience you want to achieve (hushed or airy), the colours (dark or light), the daylight level (if it's low, you'll tend to turn it on more during the day, when you have other needs than in the evening)...
There are, however, some rooms where you should pay more attention to the level of lighting: the kitchen, the bathroom and the office.
For customized lighting, the ideal solution is to provide several circuits (different lightings) or even dimming to vary moods and adapt to all situations, depending on the time of day. If "white variations" are integrated into the luminaires, this will meet your biological needs even more effectively. Call in a lighting expert to help you.

With luminaires coming from the ceiling, with wide, diffused optics and distributed in a balanced way, the room is bathed in light, often more intense. Ideally, some of the light should be directed towards the walls to increase the feeling of brightness (and reduce the number of luminaires).
But it can also smooth out volumes and remove nuances.
Using optically directed luminaires (recessed or surface-mounted spotlights, suspended luminaires, recessed floor luminaires, etc.), you choose to illuminate certain parts of the room and deliberately leave areas in shadow.
Linear luminaires (LED strips or rails) integrated into niches, false ceiling recesses, furniture, etc. produce light that is diffused by reflection in the room (ideally on light-coloured walls).
The garden and, more broadly, the outdoor spaces are used on three levels after dark:
Outdoor lighting will have a functional and decorative role, for the atmosphere it can create, changing from season to season.
The notion of ecology is important outdoors, as upwardly directed light, prolonged lighting of trees and excessively cool shades.... are not recommended (light pollution, disruption of photosynthesis and wildlife).
Installing a small control system allows you to vary lighting moods and limit switch-on times. Technically: all luminaires comply with protection ratings for outdoor use, on a watertight electrical installation.

Finding your way home at night, getting your bearings, seeing your bunch of keys, (preparing) food in a soft light... These are all situations where you need outdoor lighting to make the space welcoming, legible and comfortable. But there's no need to overdo it: the eye gets used to the dark!
To light a driveway or pathway, you can use wall-mounted lights, low bollards or post-mounted lights if they are further away from the facades.
Sometimes illuminating a wall is more effective than lighting the whole floor!
A small wall light in the entrance area or special lighting on the patio will create a lovely welcoming effect.
Even lighting of the terrace with wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted lights (if pergola/awning) will be useful for a reassuring indoor/outdoor continuity, as well as contributing to the atmosphere on summer evenings.
We use warm colour temperatures (2700K or 3000K), with presence detection where it makes sense.

A lighting expert can help you combine this with outdoor lighting that enhances, embellishes and creates atmosphere, bringing landscape and architectural features to life in the evening and offering a slightly different “picture” than during the day, adding a touch of poetry.
Illuminating vegetation can give an interesting perspective at night, reassure (no black hole effect), create beautiful shadow effects... Illuminated elements should be chosen sparingly, and their illumination limited in time. Warm tones will bring out the best in autumn colors, while cooler tones will highlight spring/summer colors.
Simple small outdoor spotlights, LED strip lights or recessed ground lights can be enough to illuminate vegetation, a sculpture, a stone wall...
Sharing a festive moment on the terrace can also be accompanied by special lighting, a warm, intimate and, why not, colorful atmosphere. Some lighting fixtures can be installed for the occasion or during the summer season, such as garlands of lights (guinguette spirit), luminous objects (large balls, plant pots...), small portable lamps to place on the ground or table (battery-powered, some with built-in loudspeaker).
A body of water or a swimming pool with illuminated water or a luminous object floating on it will look even better!
